I'm gonna have to go with retarded on this one. You can't adjust the volume for videos placed outside of YouTube anymore, which really sucks. And the buttons look like something on a Fisher-Price toy, and not a good toy, like The View-Master. Some dumb space toy that sits on the discount shelf at the department store, collecting dust, until it's shipped off to third world kids, who will also hate it (but at least they'll be grateful).

Annoyability: 65% - She speeds up her video and makes herself talk like a chipmonk, which is annoying, but she does like Bowie at such a young age. Those two balance each other out and make her less annoying.
Hawtness: Again, we don't want to go to jail. But she does have big boobs (or so we can kinda tell...she really needs to frame those videos correctly).

Star Factor: She's a fairly normal girl with a seemingly good head on her shoulders. However, good heads do not make for great stars -- boobs do, and Bowiechick refuses to show us her boobs. Yes, maybe it's because she's 17, but damn, slavery used to exist to and we've passed laws to get ride of that. (Note: I'm paid to write crap like this, so don't judge!)
